Aspen 3-in-1 Cribs, sold under the Graco Trademark Recalled for Fall Hazard
The screws on the wooden mattress support can come loose, allowing a portion of the mattress to fall, posing a suffocation hazard to young children.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs. Destroy and discard the cribs. The firm is no longer in business. A remedy is no longer available.

Legacy Propane Infrared Plaque Heaters Recalled for Carbon Monoxide Hazard
Carbon monoxide hazard. A non-specification gasket around the heating plaques could allow heater carbon monoxide emissions to leak into the area in which the heater is being used.
The firm is no longer in business, and a remedy is no longer available. Consumers should discard or destroy the product.
Aussie™ Gas Grills Recalled for Burn Hazard
The regulators on these gas grills, the component that controls the amount of gas released to the burner, can leak propane when the propane cylinder is connected and open, and the grill is not in use.
Consumers should immediately stop using the grill and contact Meco for instructions on receiving a replacement regulator assembly.
Spinning Star Christmas Tree Topper Recalled for Fire Hazard
The tree topper can melt or smoke near the on/off switch, which could pose a fire hazard.
Consumers should immediately stop using the spinning star tree topper and return it to a Family Dollar store for a full refund.
Zimmer Orthopaedic Surgical Products, Disposable Cuff, 42in (107cm), Single Port, Single Bladder Sterile, Zimmer, Dover, OH USA. The cuff is a sterile, single use product equipped with an integral fill line. The product is packed 10 cuffs per unit.
The port/tube bond in the affected cuffs may separate during surgery causing the pressure in the cuff to release.
Consignees were first notified via certified mail on 10/27/2004. A follow up letter with 2 addtional lots were sent 11/11/2004.

The plastic boot cuff can crack when flexed open in an unbuckled non-skiing position, causing discomfort on the ankle or shin, making the problem evident prior to skiing and thus unsuitable for use.
