Ariens 13-Horsepower Sno-Throw™, Model 924506 Recalled for Injury Hazard
The blade may not stop when the blade brake control is applied, resulting in continued blade movement. The potential for injury exists if consumers make contact with the rotary blade.

Accessory Skis for Polaris snowmobiles Recalled for Injury Hazard
The accessory skis sold for Polaris snowmobiles could break, resulting in injury or death.
Consumers should stop using their snowmobiles immediately if they have installed red accessory skis and bring the skis or snowmobile to their Polaris dealer for replacement.
Drop-In Floor Box Recalled for Fire Hazard
The recalled floor boxes contain undersized wires and are wired with the polarity reversed. These problems present a risk of shock or electrocution and a possible fire hazard.
Consumers should contact Lamson & Sessions to arrange for a free replacement.
Carbon Monoxide (CO) Alarms Recalled for Carbon Monoxide Hazard
The recalled units fail to detect carbon monoxide after 1 year of operation, due to an internal software error. These CO alarms do not provide an "end of life" signal or other indication of inoperability, even if the test button is depressed.
Consumers should contact their system installer or service provider to arrange for the free installation of a replacement CO alarm.
Fluorescent Light Bathroom Fixtures Recalled for Fire Hazard
The lamp holders on the fluorescent lights can overheat, causing the fixture to melt or burn, presenting a fire hazard.
Consumers should contact Progress Lighting for instructions on receiving a free replacement fixture.

The plastic handle on the Mega Rider swing could crack at the seat connection, allowing the metal connecting rod to pull out. If this occurs, a child on the swing could fall to the ground.

Children's Sweatshirts Recalled for Entrapment Hazard
The sweatshirts have drawstrings in the hood. Children can get entangled and strangle in the drawstrings, that can catch on playground equipment, fences or tree branches.
Consumers can return the sweatshirts to Meijer retailers for a full refund, or consumers can remove the drawstrings to eliminate the hazard.
Kids Falls Creek PU Jackets with Polar Fleece in Hood Recalled for Choking Hazard
The zipper pull on the jacket can come off and pose a choking hazard to small children.

The batteries may overheat, leak, or rupture, presenting a potential for fire and injury.

NERF® Big Play Football™ Recalled for Laceration Hazard
The football contains a hard plastic interior frame that can pose a risk of facial cuts if a child is hit during play.
Consumers should stop using this football immediately and return it to the company for a replacement NERF product of equal value. Hasbro will provide consumers with a postage-prepaid label to return the product.
Bowflex Power Pro XL, XTL and XTLU systems with the "La Recalled for Fall Hazard
First, while being used in the incline position, the machine's backboard bench can unexpectedly collapse and break, posing a risk of injury to the user. Second, the "Lat Tower," can rotate forward and fall during use, posing a risk of injury to the user.
Consumers should stop using the backboard bench in the incline position and "Lat Tower" on the fitness machines immediately. The firm is no longer in business and the recall remedy is no longer available. Discard this product. Do not donate or resell.
Sta-Rite System 2 and AquaTools Filters and Filter Syst Recalled for Injury Hazard
The Posi-Lok™ locking ring, which secures the filter's upper tank shell to the lower tank shell (see diagram), can disengage from the lower tank shell, allowing the top shell of the filter to blow off, causing injury to nearby consumers.
Consumers should check the filter model plates to locate model numbers and serial numbers. Consumers should not disturb their filters and contact Sta-Rite toll-free at (866) 681-9148 to confirm the identity of their filter and receive a free replacement Posi-Lok™ locking ring and installation instructions. In addition, Sta-Rite will reimburse consumers $10 for each Posi-Lok™ locking ring that is shipped back to them and provide a pre-paid box for shipping. For consumers who are not comfortable with the replacement procedure, Sta-Rite will arrange to have the affected filters professionally repaired at no cost to the consumers.
SCG Liquid Propane Overfill Protection Devices (OPD val Recalled for Fire Hazard
When the cylinder on the gas grill is filled to capacity and exposed to increased temperatures, liquid propane, instead of gas vapor, can leak out and cause the gas regulator valve to freeze. When the regulator valve thaws, if it has not been turned off, gas will flow to the grill. The resulting build-up of gas in the grill can pose a serious fire hazard to consumers.
Consumers should stop using the gas cylinders immediately and contact the company. SCG will identify, for callers who have one of the recalled units, a local LP gas exchange center, which will replace the cylinder with one that has a new OPD valve. Do not take the LP gas cylinder to an LP gas refiller. Consumers should not attempt to remove the OPD or gas valve themselves.
BBK 10010 Tree Climbers Recalled for Injury Hazard
The steel back brace on the tree climber can weaken and fail, posing a serious injury hazard to the user.
Consumers should stop using these climbers immediately and call BBK or the retail store to return the units and receive a reimbursement.
Discovery Kids Imaginative Arts Pottery Wheel Kits Recalled for Safety Concern
The brown clay contained in the Pottery Wheel kits could contain excess levels of bacteria, posing a risk of illness to users.
Consumers should stop using the pottery wheel kits and return the kits to any Discovery Channel store, or contact Discovery Channel stores' customer service, to receive a full refund or credit of the $39.95 purchase price or a replacement Pottery Wheel Kit and a $5 Discovery Channel store gift certificate.
Batteries in Kyocera Cell Phones (Model 7135 Smartphone Recalled for Burn Hazard
The recalled batteries can short-circuit and erupt with force or emit excessive heat, posing a burn hazard to consumers.
Consumers with the recalled units should immediately stop using the battery in the cell phone. Kyocera Wireless will contact consumers to arrange for delivery of a free replacement battery. If consumers are not contacted by Kyocera by Feb. 6, they are asked to contact the firm to receive the free replacement battery. The batteries should be stored in an environment with non-flammable materials.
Browning CR123A lithium batteries sold with Browning Bl Recalled for Injury Hazard
The batteries can short out, causing the flashlight's canister to rupture and pose injury to the consumer.
Consumer should remove the batteries from the flashlights and contact Browning for information on receiving a refund or replacement.
"Mud Boggers" and "Street Shredders" Pump Up Racers Recalled for Laceration Hazard
The air motor in the toy cars can burst while being pumped up, causing parts of the motor or car to break off. Some of these parts can have sharp points and pose a risk of eye or laceration injuries.
Consumers should stop children from using these toy cars immediately and contact the company for a free replacement air motor or alternative product.
Internal Halyard Flagpoles Recalled for Safety Concern
A partially crimped sleeve on these flagpoles can allow the cable to pull through the sleeve, causing the loop to release. When the assembly is raised with no flag attached, it can allow a seven pound counter weight to drop to the ground, possibly hitting people nearby.
Hapco is directly notifying consumers who purchased these flagpoles about the recall and providing free repair kits.
Acrylic Nail Primer Recalled for Poisoning Hazard
This methacrylic acid primer is not packaged in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.
Consumers should return the acrylic primer and kits to the store where purchased, to receive a refund.
"Lily Pad Clacker" Instruments Recalled for Poisoning Hazard
