If the strap mounting bracket loosens or rotates, the strap hook can release, causing the tree stand to detach from the tree. If this occurs, the consumer could fall to the ground.

Multi-surface Steam Cleaner with Attachments Recalled for Burn Hazard
Some of the attachments are missing an "O" ring in the handle, allowing hot steam and water to escape, posing a burn hazard to consumers.

Using power cords not intended for these adapters can pose a shock hazard.
Free retrofit kits are provided by the manufacturer. These retrofit kits will prevent incorrect cables from being connected to the adapters. In the meantime, consumers should only use the power cables intended for these adapters.

The fuel lines on these tools can develop an "alligator surface" appearance, which could develop into a condition that will allow leakage of gasoline and fuel vapor, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Consumers should stop using the recalled tools immediately and contact an Echo dealer for a free repair.
"T6" Titanium 6 Break Artillery Shell Fireworks Recalled for Fire Hazard
These fireworks could have a defective fuse that can fail to ignite the device. Consumers who attempt to re-light the fuse could suffer serious injury. CPSC advises consumers never to re-light any fireworks that do not ignite after the first attempt.
Return the entire fireworks device to the store where purchased for a full refund or contact American Promotional Events for further instructions.
Counterfeit LG-branded TM-510 Cell Phone Batteries Recalled for Fire Hazard
Some LG-branded TM-510 batteries may be counterfeit and susceptible to overcharging, especially if used with a non-LG charger. LG Infocomm U.S.A. Inc. states that these are counterfeit LG-branded batteries, which do not contain a safety device in the circuitry, to prevent overcharging. In turn, the counterfeit batteries can overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard to users.
Consumers with a LG TM510 cell phone battery having one of the identified manufacturer/date codes and purchased from Verizon Wireless should stop charging the battery immediately and contact Verizon Wireless to receive a replacement battery. Verizon Wireless is sending letters directly to consumers notifying them of this hazard.
Wheelbarrows sold under the brand names "Easy Roller," Recalled for Laceration Hazard
The plastic wheel assemblies on these wheelbarrows can break when the tires are being inflated. This can result in plastic pieces exploding from the rims of the wheels, possibly hitting nearby consumers and causing lacerations and other injuries.
To prevent further injuries, consumers should not inflate the tires on these wheelbarrows. Ames True Temper is offering a free replacement steel wheel assembly for each wheelbarrow and is offering consumers a free gardening tool gift as an incentive to have this repair performed.
COSCO® "Rock 'N Roller" Baby Stroller Recalled for Fall Hazard
If the stop pins are bent or missing or the seat is not fully attached, the seat can partially detach from the frame during use and the infant occupant can be injured in a fall.

Tuftex Wall-to-Wall Carpet Recalled for Burn Hazard
Due to a manufacturing error that over-treated the carpet with a "soil-resist" application, the carpet could readily ignite, presenting a serious risk of burn injuries. The recalled carpet violates the federal Flammable Fabrics Act.
Shaw Industries corrected the manufacturing error and will replace the recalled carpet with the same or comparable carpet.
