Coolant Leak Inside EGR Module May Cause Fire
Smoldering particles and a melting intake manifold increase the risk of a fire.
Dealers will replace the EGR cooler, inspect and replace the intake manifold, if necessary, and clean the EGR pipe connecting the cooler to the manifold, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 5, 2025. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning December 5, 2025. This recall is an expansion of previous recall number 21V907.
Windshield Molding May Detach
Detached molding can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will replace the windshield molding, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning October 30, 2025. Roof Molding May Detach
A detached roof molding can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will inspect the roof molding and replace or secure it as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 15, 2024. Owners may contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542. Kia's number for this recall is SC292.
Roof Moldings May Detach
A detached roof molding could become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Mirror May Detach and Become Road Hazard
A molded hood mirror that falls into the roadway can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Dealers will inspect for a wire harness or tether and replace the hood mirror assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed February 14, 2023. Owners may contact Peterbilt's customer service at 1-940-591-4220. PACCAR's number for this recall is 22PBF.
Seat Heaters may Overheat
If the electronic control module fails, the seat heater could get hot enough that areas of the seat may overheat and smolder, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant.
Aston Martin will notify owners, and dealers will install an additional module to the circuit that can interrupt the power to the seat heaters in case the electronic control module for the seat heaters fails, free of charge. The recall began in January 2015. Owners may contact Aston Martin Customer Service by calling 1-888-923-9988. Aston Martin's number for this recall is RA-01-0019.
Dashboard Molding Strip
In the event of the passenger airbag deployment, if the molding strip comes loose, there is an increased risk of personal injury.
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners, and dealers will reinforce the connection between the molding strip and air bag cover flap, free of charge. The safety recall began on October 26, 2012. Owners may contact Mercedes-Benz at 1-800-367-6372.

GENERATOR WIRING
USING THE GENERATOR COULD CAUSE THE WIRE TO SMOLDER, BURN OR THE CIRCUIT BREAKER TO TRIP INCREASING THE RISK OF A FIRE.
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE 14-GAUGE WIRE WITH 8-GAUGE WIRE. SKYLINE IS RECOMMENDING THAT OWNERS DO NOT USE THE GENERATOR UNTIL THIS WIRE HAS BEEN REPLACED. THE RECALL BEGAN ON MAY 2, 2007. OWNERS MAY CONTACT SKYLINE AT 1-800-736-2573.
CHRYSLER/EXHAUST PIPE-DASH PANEL
IF THE EXHAUST PIPE GENERATES SUFFICIENT HEAT, THE PAD MATERIAL CAN SMOLDER AND IGNITE ADJACENT MATERIALS RESULTING IN A VEHICLE FIRE.
DEALERS WILL REMOVE THE DASH SILENCER PAD ADJACENT TO THE EXHAUST PIPE AND REPLACE THIS PAD WITH A THERMAL HEAT SHIELD ON THE EXHAUST PIPE.
