L-Shaped Quick-Clear Valve Adapters used with Mosquito Recalled for Injury Hazard

The maintenance accessory is an "L"-shaped, Quick-Clear Valve Adapter that can leak or break apart during use, possibly striking and injuring nearby persons or releasing pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) that can freeze exposed skin.

Consumers should not use the recalled "L"-shaped Quick-Clear Adapter on the Mosquito Magnet insect trap. Contact the firm to receive a free replacement adapter.

12" Braided Flex Fuel Hose sold with certain Guardian® Recalled for Fire Hazard

The fuel hoses can leak if bent in an unreasonable fashion during installation or upon completion of installation. If an ignition source is present, a fire or explosion can occur.

Consumers should stop using the generator if the fuel hose is bent or if the ferrules (connectors) are cracked, split or damaged in any way. Consumers with a bent hose or damaged connector should contact Generac Power Systems or a Generac authorized service dealer, to arrange for a free inspection and replacement of the flex fuel hose.

Stihl-brand MS 192 T Chain Saws Recalled for Fire Hazard

These chain saws can leak fuel, posing a fire hazard. A connection in the ignition grounding system could loosen and create a spark, posing a fire hazard. Also the springs in the clutch assembly could come out of position, allowing a spring of the clutch to be projected from the saw housing, resulting in injury to the user.

Consumers should stop using these chain saws immediately and return them to an authorized Stihl dealer for a free repair.

The metal enclosure on the power strip is not properly grounded, which could result in an electrical shock.

Kawasaki 2005-2006 model year Mule 600 Utility Vehicles Recalled for Injury Hazard

The steering knuckle can twist or break from wheel forces transmitted to the steering system during operation. This can cause a loss of steering control and possible collapse of the front suspension, posing a risk of incident or injury to the operator or passenger.

Consumers with recalled utility vehicles were sent direct notice from Kawasaki. Consumers should stop using these vehicles immediately and contact a local Kawasaki Utility dealer to schedule an appointment for a free repair.

Pilates Balls Recalled for Fall Hazard

The plastic black clips at the end of the rubber tubing can come apart when in use. In addition, the grommet used to hold the black rubber tubing could separate from the nylon webbing. Consumers using the pilates balls could fall and be hit by pieces that separate.

Consumers should immediately stop using these pilates balls and contact the firm to obtain instructions on how to receive free replacement handles. All consumers who purchased these Pilates balls were notified directly about the recall.

The coil is 20 centimeters in length, but the label states the length is 20 millimeters.

Consignees were notified via telephone and recall letter dated September 26, 2005.

Incomplete or no aortotomy may occur with use of the aortic cutter on unaltered tissue, or incomplete aortotomy may result when the cutter is used on altered tissue. Use of the cutter on altered tissue has caused the aortic plug to not be captured by the device

Internal investigation revealed that Preamp cable assemblies in the device had not been properly tested, which could lead to potential shock to users.

The firm plans to provide corrections via removal/replacement of the affected units directly to end users in the U.S. and work with distributors to perform removal and correction abroad.
