THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT REALIZE THAT THE NUMBERS ON THE SIDEWALL ARE THE DOT SERIAL NUMBERS.

GM/POWER SLIDING DOOR
IF A PASSENGER USES THE INTERIOR HANDLE TO OPEN THE POWER SLIDING DOOR AND HOLDS ONTO THE HANDLE WHILE IT IS BEING OPENED BY THE MOTOR, THE PASSENGER'S ARM MAY BE PUSHED INTO THE SEAT BACK OR ARMREST AND A WRIST OR LOWER ARM INJURY MAY RESULT.
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE POWER SLIDING DOOR INTERIOR HANDLE ON THE PASSENGER-SIDE. IF THE VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH A POWER OR MANUAL SLIDING DOOR ON THE DRIVER-SIDE, THE INTERIOR HANDLE WILL ALSO BE REPLACED FOR APPEARANCE REASONS. NOTE: BEFORE THE VEHICLE IS SERVICED, GM ADVISES OWNERS TO NOT USE THE INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE TO OPEN THE DOOR. THE DRIVER CAN OPEN AND CLOSE THE DOOR FROM SWITCHES AT THE DRIVER'S POSITION OR BY USING THE REMOTE KEY FOB. THE DRIVER SHOULD TELL PASSENGERS TO USE THE SWITCH LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE DOOR TO OPEN OR CLOSE IT. THE DRIVER SHOULD USE THE OVERRIDE SWITCH TO PREVENT OPERATION OF THE POWER DOOR BY CHILDREN OR BY OTHERS WHO ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH ITS USE. Robertshaw 7000 Series Gas Control Valve Recalled for Fire Hazard
Fire hazard. If the pilot light goes out, the gas valve could stick in an open position, permitting gas to continue to flow. This can result in a gas explosion and fire, which could result in severe personal injury or property damage.
Free repair or replacement if necessary. If you smell gas near the appliance or in the building, immediately leave the area and call your gas company or a certified gas technician to investigate the cause. If you do not smell gas, check the pilot lights on your gas appliances. If any pilot lights are out, do not attempt to relight. Have the appliance examined by a qualified technician. Have the date code of your 7000 series gas valve ready when you contact Robertshaw.
Walther CP Sport, CP99, and Nighthawk CO2 Air Pistols Recalled for Fire Hazard
The air pistols' safety might move from the engaged or "safe" position to the disengaged or "fire" position when the trigger is pulled once or more and then released. This poses a risk of serious injury if the air pistol is loaded and unintentionally fired.
Consumers should stop using these air pistols immediately and contact the company to receive a free inspection and repair or replacement unit.
Smoke Detector Systems Recalled for Fire Hazard
The smoke alarms can fail to activate during a fire or emergency, if installed in combination with certain control panels.
Consumers should contact their system installer or service provider to arrange for a free repair or replacement to make the smoke detectors and control panel systems compatible.

Sheep Blood products may be contaminated with a Brucella species (B. ovis).
Distributors were notified by fax, all customers were notified by fax with a UPS overnight delivery of hard copy of recall letter to same customers. BD International was notified be e-mail. Distributor fax indicated that BD required their customer lists immediately due to the nature of the recall event. BD received all Distributor customer lists on the same day (7/2/04). Will monitor the number of consignees non-responding to the recall through sending a letter that contains a form that we ask the end-user to return. Response forms will be reconciled. Distribution of the affected lots ceased on 7/1/04. Customers are asked to discard their inventory.

IN THE EVENT OF A SUSPENSION AIR BAG FAILURE OR RUPTURE OF THE AIR LINE, THERE COULD BE A LOSS OF AIR PRESSURE IN THE 'B' SYSTEM AIR RESERVOIR THAT SUPPLIES AIR PRESSURE FOR THE FRONT STEER AXLE BRAKES. An anomaly occurs in the software suite (Millennium MLC Workstation v 6.3 and 6.4, Integrated Treat v.6.5) when used in combination with the standard series MLC controller software v 5.0 or 5.1
