Tea Lights Recalled for Fire Hazard

Flames from the tea lights can flare, and the excessive heat can cause the plastic holders to melt, posing a fire hazard.

Extreme vibration can occur within these CDX regulators, which can cause an air leakage underwater. Divers could run out of air and drown.
