The customers were instructed to continue to use their e.com system and to ensure the safety advisory is placed in the systems instructions for use and to observe patients while system is in use. If they experience difficulty or failure while performing the daily touch pad test, they are advised to discontinue use and contact their local representative. If unintended movement is detected they are advised to remove the patient and discontinue using the system and contact their local service representative.
