Tiki® Bamboo Torches and Replacement Fuel Canisters Recalled for Fire Hazard
The surface coating of some flame guards on these bamboo torches and replacement canisters can absorb the fuel and ignite. This can cause the torch and nearby combustibles to catch on fire, posing a risk of burn injuries and property damage.
Consumers should immediately stop using these torches and contact Lamplight Farms to determine if they are included in the recall. If so, they will receive free replacement flame guards.
GeoDeck™ Decking and Railing Materials Recalled for Fall Hazard
When the decking or railing material is exposed to hot temperatures and sunlight, it can prematurely degrade. The degraded material could break, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Consumers should check their GeoDeck™ decking materials for visible cracks on the surface and check to see if the surface can be easily scratched with a fingernail or the corner of a credit card. However, the firm is out of business and a remedy is no longer available, so consumers will need to arrange for repairs themselves.

10-cup Coffeemaker Carafes and Replacement Carafes Recalled for Burn Hazard
The carafe handle can unexpectedly loosen or break, resulting in the carafe falling. This can cause burn injuries from hot coffee or lacerations from broken glass.

Epic T60 treadmill Recalled for Shock Hazard
If assembly instructions are not properly followed, the gas spring/shock can be damaged during assembly, if the walking platform is folded up and goes beyond the vertical position. This action can cause the shock to contact the treadmill roller and be damaged, and could propel shock parts out. The parts of the shock could hit a bystander, causing injury.
Consumers should contact ICON Health & Fitness for information on how to determine whether their treadmills have been damaged and to obtain revised assembly instructions and warning decals. Damaged units will be inspected and repaired by ICON service technicians free of charge.
Kawasaki Model Year 2001-2005 Prairie and Brute Force A Recalled for Injury Hazard
A significant impact to the front wheel of the ATV while the steering is fully turned to either side can result in suspension damage, wear, and an eventual loss of steering control, that could result in injury or death.
Consumers should stop using the recalled ATVs immediately and contact an authorized Kawasaki ATV dealer to arrange for a free repair. Registered owners of the vehicles will be notified directly by Kawasaki about the recall.
2005 Cypress and Sedona bicycles Recalled for Safety Concern
The rear axle on the bicycle is harder than required by the manufacturer's specification and could crack.
Consumers should stop riding these bicycles immediately and contact Giant Bicycle if they have a recalled bicycle. Giant Bicycle will replace the rear wheel (including the rear axle) of recalled bicycles for free.
TidalForce S-750 High Performance Electric Bicycles Recalled for Fall Hazard

"Vanguard" and "FMI" Compact Fireplaces Recalled for Burn Hazard
The burner tube connection to the gas valve can leak gas when the main burner is on. This leaking gas can ignite, causing a minor flare-up, which could cause nearby combustibles to ignite.
Consumers should stop using this fireplace immediately and contact your retailer to schedule a free repair. If consumers have any questions concerning this recall, they should contact their local retailer or DESA.

Rival® Slow Cooker Recalled for Burn Hazard
The handles on the base of the slow cookers can break, posing a risk of burns from hot contents spilling onto consumers. These Rival® Slow Cookers, sold from January 1999 through May 2002, were previously recalled for the same hazard. The recall has now been expanded to include all units manufactured before September 2004.
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact The Holmes Group to receive instructions on receiving a replacement base.
Polaris "900 Fusion" "900 RMK" and "900 Switchback" Sno Recalled for Fire Hazard
There are three separate issues involved in this safety recall: Front Suspension Spindle - The nut that fastens the upper control arm ball joint to the suspension spindle can loosen. If this occurs, continued operation could allow the spindle to break and release the upper control arm, posing a risk of loss of control of the vehicle. Fuel Tank Chaffing - The fuel tanks can contact the chassis along the bulkheads, leading to wear on the tank walls. This could pose a fuel leakage and possible fire hazard to consumers. Gasket - The gasket sealing the fuel pump assembly to the tank can develop cracks. This poses a risk of fuel leakage and fire hazard to consumers.
Consumers should immediately stop using the snowmobile and contact their Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. Polaris is directly notifying most owners about the recall.
Tredex 6.0, TX 440 and TX 550 Treadmills Recalled for Fall Hazard
The treadmill can unexpectedly accelerate and cause users to fall and sustain injuries.

Kidde has instituted a Fire Extinguisher Replacement Program ("Replacement Program") for all units covered by this Alert.
