Remedy
Consumers should take the toys away from young children immediately and contact Fisher-Price to order a free repair kit with replacement knobs. The repair kit consists of two replacement knobs with new screws.

- Fisher-Price has received 32 reports of the knobs breaking off the toys. A 14-month old child was found with a knob in her mouth. Her mother removed it and no injuries have been reported.
