The side rail and guardrails on these beds can break, causing the bed to collapse and allowing childen to fall out of the beds.

Consumers should stop using the bunk beds and contact Pottery Barn Kids to schedule a home pick-up. The firm will refund the purchase price, including shipping, and provide a $200 gift certificate.

Bosch-brand drills; Makita-brand rotary hammers, drills Recalled for Injury Hazard

The switches on these power tools, which were manufactured by Eaton Corp, of Cleveland, Ohio, can stick. The tools can continue to operate after the trigger has been released, posing a risk of injury to consumers.

Consumers should stop using these power tools immediately and contact the tool manufacturer to receive a free replacement tool or tool repair.

Batteries used with certain Dell notebook computers Recalled for Fire Hazard

These batteries can short circuit, even when the battery is not in use, causing them to become very hot, release smoke and possibly catch fire.

Consumers should contact Dell immediately to determine if their notebook computer battery is part of this recall.

Century rear-facing infant car seats/carriers Recalled for Fall Hazard

When the seat is used as an infant carrier, the handle can break. An infant inside the carrier can fall to the ground and suffer serious injuries. "The break can happen unexpectedly and the seat can drop to the ground,"said CPSC Chairman Ann Brown. "Century is providing parents with new handles for their carriers. Installing the new handle will help keep your baby safe and secure."

Graco, which now owns the "Century" brand name, will provide consumers a free easy-to-install replacement handle. Consumers should not carry the seat by the handle until it has been replaced. Consumers can continue to use the product as a car seat.

2001 Judy TT, Judy TT Special, Jett and Metro model Roc Recalled for Fall Hazard

The compression rods inside these forks can break, causing the rider to lose control of the bicycle, fall, and possibly suffer serious injuries.

Consumers should stop riding bicycles with the recalled forks immediately, and return them to the bicycle dealer where purchased for inspection and repair if needed.

DeWalt battery chargers, model DW9116 Recalled for Shock Hazard

Metal clips inside the chargers could come loose and stick through the chargers' vents, possibly resulting in consumers receiving an electrical shock.

Consumers should stop using these battery chargers immediately, and take them to a DeWALT or Black & Decker service center for a free repair.

Hockey face guards Recalled for Fall Hazard

These face guards, which attach to helmets, can become dislodged on impact, causing them to fall off, leaving the user's face exposed to possible injury.

Consumers should stop using the recalled hockey face guards immediately. Consumers should take the recalled face guards back to the store where purchased for a free replacement, or they can contact I-Tech Sport Products Inc. to get a free replacement face guard sent to them.

The extension cords and cord reels are equipped with a locking plug, which is designed to keep tools plugged in. The plastic housing of the locking plug can separate or break, exposing consumers to live wires and posing shock and electrocution hazards.

Consumers should stop using the extension cords and cord reels immediately and call Woods Industries to receive a replacement extension cord or cord reel.

A cap on the blade unit can dislodge during use. When dislodged, the cap can get mixed in with food, presenting a choking hazard.

Consumers should stop using these food processor models immediately and contact KitchenAid to receive a free replacement blade unit.

The American Camper® Compact Butane Stoves Recalled for Fire Hazard

These camper stoves could have been shipped with butane already in the fuel compartment, posing a fire and burn hazard. Also, because of a possible problem with the fuel control mechanism, the stoves could flare up or catch fire when operated.

Consumers should stop using these stoves immediately, and call Zebco to arrange to have their stove picked up. Consumers returning their stoves will receive a $25 refund.
