Loose Camshaft Bolt May Cause Engine Failure

An engine stall can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.

Owners are advised not to ride their scooter until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will install a new camshaft plate kit, free of charge. Ladder Welds May Fail

A ladder that unexpectedly fails while in use increases the risk of injury to the user. In addition, if the welds fail during transport, the debris can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Front Brake Caliper May Detach

Damaged brake calipers can detach and cause a loss of braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

Owners should not operate their motorcycle, other than take it to a dealer, until the remedy is performed. Dealers will inspect the length of the front brake caliper bolts and replace them, if necessary. If the caliper mounting-hole threads are damaged, the caliper will be replaced.
