Brakes that fail to engage when applied or unexpected brake engagement while driving increases the risk of a crash.

Incorrect Connection Points for Safety Chain

The incorrect attachment points may result in the safety chains being too short, possibly interfering with steerability of the tow vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
