Helmets Can Loosen or Detach

A helmet that loosens or detaches increases the risk of injury during a crash.

Dainese will repair the chin guard plates, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2025. Owners may contact Dainese customer service at 1-855-327-5639.

A loose helmet may fall off, or not properly protect the rider during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
